🏥 Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med Surg / Telemetry (RN)
📍 Location: Cheshire Medical Center, Keene, NH
📅 Start Date: URGENT – 7/7 Start Preferred or 7/21 Start Accepted
📌 Duration: 13 Weeks
⏱ Shift: 36 hours/week | Nights

🩺 Position Overview:
The RN will coordinate total patient care, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, and engage in patient and family education. This role requires floating to the Kingsbury Unit as needed.

🧾 Job Responsibilities:
*Provide total nursing care to adult-geriatric patients
*Administer and monitor cardiac drips
*Assess and manage dementia-related conditions
*Collaborate with healthcare team to meet patient goals
*Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
*Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement activities
*Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements within the designated timeline

🧠 Required Experience:
*Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg nursing experience
*Cardiac drip administration experience (Required)
*Dementia care/management experience (Required)
*EPIC EMR experience
*NIHSS certification preferred

📋 Licensure & Certifications:
*Active NH RN License or Compact License (Must be in-hand at time of submission)
*ACLS (AHA) – Required
*BLS (AHA) – Required

• 2+ years Med Surg experience
• CARDIAC DRIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED. NOTE EXPERIENCE ON PROFILE DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE/MANAGEMENT REQUIRED
