A facility in Kodiak, Alaska is seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon for a short-term call-only locums assignment this summer.

Assignment Details:

Dates: July 15 – July 30, 2026
Coverage Type: 24-hour beeper call
Setting: Inpatient
Trauma Level: 4
Patient Volume: 4–5 patients per shift
Department Size: 8 beds
EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Board Certification required
Active Alaska license required
ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications required
Fellowship preferred
