Job description

Position Overview:

Start Date: May 2026
Schedule: 24-hour beeper call
Coverage: Specific dates starting 5/14 (ongoing opportunities available)

Clinical Responsibilities:
General surgery call coverage
Upper & lower endoscopies (required)
Laparoscopic procedures

Work Details:
Low patient volume (1–4 patients/day)
4–6 hours of call-back daily
Hospital setting
EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
Board Certified/Eligible in General Surgery
Active AZ license or IMLC
DEA required
BLS & ACLS required
Must have recent endoscopy experience (10+ upper & lower in past 12 months)
