General Surgeon opportunity available in AZ
Start Date: 12/23/2026
Assignment Length: 12/23 – 12/28 with possible extension
Schedule: 12/23 7a – 12/28 7a, 24 hour beeper call
Additional Details:
• Callback per day: 1-4 hours
• Case / Procedure Experience: Upper and lower endos required
• AZ License or IMLC Accepted

Licensure: Active AZ license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30 days
