Position Highlights:
•Location: Cottonwood, AZ
•Start Date: 12/23/2026
•Schedule: 12/23 7a – 12/28 7a.
•Shift Details: 24-hour beeper call. 4-6 hours of call back daily

Work Details:
•Callback per day: 1-4 hours
•EMR: Remote Cerner training will be needed the first day or before the first day, which will take approx. 3-4 hours
•Hospital bed size: 87
•Case / Procedure Experience: Upper and lower endos required – must have at least 25 of each in the past 12 months
• Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:
•Board Certification: BC or BE in General Surgery
•License required: AZ license or IMLC LOQ
•DEA: Yes
•CSR: No
•Certifications required: BLS and ACLS
•Minimum experience required: 2+ years outside of Residency

•Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• December start
• AZ license or IMLC
• 24hr call
