Surgeon Needed for Northern AZ | 12/23-12/27 Dates Needed for 24hr Call | Competitive Pay

Job description

Shift Details:
• 24-hour beeper call
• 4-6 hours of call back daily

Schedule:
12/23 7a – 12/28 7a.
24 hour beeper call

Work Details:
• Callback per day: 1-4 hours
• EMR: Remote Cerner training will be needed the first day or prior to the first day which will take approx. 3-4 hours
• Hospital bed size: 87
• Case / Procedure Experience: Upper and lower endos required – must have at least 25 of each in the past 12 months
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or BE in General Surgery
• License required: AZ license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS
