General Surgery Opportunity – Arkansas

Duration: 6-month block
Scheduling Flexibility:

1–2 weeks per month

Approximately 1 weekend per month (flexible)

Coverage Need:

24/7 General Surgery coverage required to maintain trauma designation

Clinical Scope – General Surgery Procedures:

Gallbladder and biliary disease

Hernia repairs

GI disorders (upper GI evaluations, biopsies, and acute care treatment)

Skin and soft tissue procedures (removal of skin lesions, masses, cysts, lipomas)

Vascular access disease (placement of subcutaneous ports for drug delivery)
