Locum General Surgeon needed in Arkansas

Top Highlights:

Consistent schedule with 2 weeks per month + 1 weekend coverage

Ongoing need supporting a facility’s trauma designation

Broad case mix including general surgery and acute care procedures

Opportunity Details:

Start Date: May 2026

Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend

Schedule: 2 weeks per month + approximately 1 weekend per month

Coverage: 24/7 coverage during assigned shifts

Case Mix Includes:

Gallbladder/Biliary disease

Hernia repairs

GI disorders (upper GI evaluations, biopsies, acute care)

Skin/soft tissue procedures (lesions, cysts, lipomas)

Vascular access (port placements)
