• Patient population/age: Adults
• EMR: cerner
• Skills required: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty, Nissen Fundoplication, GI endoscopy (upper and lower), Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Chest Tube and central line insertion, umbilical defects
-Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or Eligible
• License required: AR, Willing to license
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
• Minimum experience required: 1 yr
-Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• Ongoing need
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Willing to license
