📅 Assignment Details
Call: 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
Coverage Needed: 1–3 weeks per month
Clinic: 2 days per week (10-hour shifts)
Final schedule based on provider availability

Setting: Hospital + Clinic
Privileges: Hospital privileges required

Responsibilities Include:

Surgery clinic coverage
Operating room procedures
24-hour call coverage
Inpatient rounding on surgical patients
🧠 Clinical Scope
Bread-and-butter general surgery
Upper endoscopy (required)
Lower endoscopy / colonoscopy (required)
General surgery and trauma call
Emergency surgical cases
📊 Patient Volume & Case Mix
Clinic Volume: ~22 patients/week

General surgery cases
Endoscopy
Colonoscopy
Emergency surgery
Trauma cases

Board Certification: Preferred
Board Eligible: Accepted with relevant experience

Temporary privileges available for September start

• 13 weeks with option to extend
