About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide 24-hour call coverage for general surgery and trauma services across inpatient and emergency room settings at an on-site Level III trauma center in California, beginning in October on an ongoing basis. Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive ED call coverage, performing full general surgery and trauma procedures, and completing endoscopic procedures; endoscopic scope capability is required for this assignment. Full General Surgery and Trauma privileges are required, and board certification in General Surgery is negotiable. Call coverage is a required component of this locum tenens assignment.
