Our client is seeking a Board-Eligible / Certified General Surgeon to join their exceptional team in Minnesota.

- Competitive Compensation & Benefits – Base salary $400,000 - $530,000, plus additional earnings from wRVUs and incentives.

Work Schedule & Expectations
Surgical & Clinic Schedule:
• OR Blocks & Clinic - Monday to Friday
• Flexible scheduling available to match patient demand & surgeon preferences
Call Coverage:
• 1:3 Call
• Additional call available for extra compensation
