Opportunity:
Physician - Surgery - General

Job Details:

• Provide general surgery services with approximately 5 patient encounters per shift
• Perform adult general surgery in a Level 3 trauma center setting
• Trauma surgery experience required
• Perform laparoscopic surgical procedures including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, and Nissen fundoplication
• Must hold an active Mississippi license or IMLC
• Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
• ATLS and BLS certifications required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 3 days
• Nearest airports include New Orleans, Jackson, and Gulfport
• Assignment begins November 1, 2026 on an ongoing basis
