Surgery Physician Needed in OR
Start Date: As soon as Credentialed
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Flexible)
Schedule: 4 Weeks per Month (8 Hour Days)
Procedures: Required to do both upper and lower scopes.

Active OR License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: ~60 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
