General Surgery Physicians(OR/clinic) Needed in Baker City, OR

5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 17:00

General Surgery Coverage (OR /Clinic)

• Schedule Details: minimum of 2 weeks per month (need not be consecutive, but must be Mon-Fri each week)- 8 hour days

Work Details:
• Avg. Daily Census: Estimates- Surgical Case Day: 2-5 cases. Scope day: 6-8 cases. Reestablishing this program after a 3-year gap so our volumes initially will be slow. Daily census is a conservative estimate. On clinic day, 8-10 patients but also as busy as the provider wants to be based on our referral volume. Upper GI Surgery
• Procedures: Required to do both upper and lower scopes. It is a significant part of the volume.

Requirements:
• Board certification: yes
• License: OR license
• DEA: yes
• Privileging timeframe: ~60 days
