Locum General Surgeon - Baker City, OR - Will Wait For License!

General Surgeon needed in Baker City, Oregon

Client hasn't found any licensed candidates.. WILL WAIT FOR A LICENSE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY!

Huge current client of ours! Currently have 5 locums working here.

Hourly + 24/hr Call + Call Back + Travel (Flight, Lodging, Rental Car OR Mileage)

Hospital Setting

Credentialing: 2-3 weeks - VERY QUICK/EASY credentialing process - (I personally had a couple hospitalists get credentialed in 2 weeks)

Start: 2/16/26 ideally - Flexibility on start date

LOA: Looking for a 6, 9, 12, month commitment - option to extend longer
Call- MON, TUE, WED only
5 day week Mon. Tue. Wed Procedures/clinic, Thurs Procedures, Friday clinic or overflow
No weekends!!!!
Schedule: 8 hour days, 4 weeks per month - AGAIN, WE HAVE FLEXIBILITY.
Surgical Case Day. 2-5 cases. Scope day, 6-8 cases.
On a clinic day, I would say 8-10 patients but also as busy as the provide wants to be based on our referral volume.

Procedures: Yes we would require both upper and lower scopes.  It is a significant part of the volume.

EMR: EPIC

License: Oregon - WILL WAIT FOR LICENSE.

Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, DEA

Additional Information: No APP support.
Client is reestablishing this program after a 3 year gap so our volumes initially will be slow so those are conservative estimates.
