I’m supporting a locum General Surgery opening in Florence, OR with clinic coverage and 24-hour call responsibilities at a critical access facility. CASE MIX
General Surgery, Colonoscopy, Endoscopy

DEPARTMENT DETAILS
• Start: 4/14 (orientation)
• Clinic: Mon–Fri 8a–5p
• Night call: beeper call
• Weekend call: 24 hours
• EMR: EPIC
• Critical access hospital (~21 beds)
• Adult patient population
• Expedited credentialing

REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certified General Surgery
• Active Oregon license required
• ACLS certification
• Must have recent case logs (last 24 months)

• Critical access facility
• Coverage needed 5–10 days per month
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
