Good afternoon,

This is Sergio Cayetano with Aya Locums. I’m reaching out to share a new General Surgery locum opportunity in the Pacific Northwest offering flexible block coverage at a supportive critical access facility.

📍 Assignment Overview
📅 Coverage Need: 5–10 days per month
🗓 Facility would prefer one provider who can cover multiple blocks, but is open to discussing availability.

📆 Current Coverage Needs
• April 14 – Orientation
• April 15–20
• May 14–25
• July 9–13
• September 2–15
• September 28 – October 13 (flexible; provider does not need to cover entire block)

🏥 Practice Details
• Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
• Facility: 21-bed critical access hospital
• Average Patient Volume: ~10 patients per day
• Patient Population: Adults
• Responsibilities include rounding and admissions
• 💻 EMR: Epic

🩺 Procedures / Skills Required
• General surgery procedures
• Colonoscopy and endoscopy required

👥 Practice Environment
• Provider will work independently during coverage

🩺 Requirements
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Active Oregon license required
• ACLS certification required
• Case logs from the last 24 months required
