Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and 24-Hour Call
Setting: Acute care and clinic practice
Required Procedures: Diagnostic Coloscopies, Screening Coloscopies, Cholecystectomy, Hernia repair with mesh, Excision of breast, Repair abdominal wall with synthetic substitute, Appendectomy, Skin Excision, and Hemorrhoidectomy
Oregon State Medical license required
Credentialing Timeframe: 0 to 30 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech in the hospital and eCW in the clinic
Certification required: Board Certification, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Drug Enforcement Administration
