General Surgeon needed in Florence, OR:
• Start Date: December 2026
• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts
• Call requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Patient Volume: 10
• EMR: Epic
• Job Details: Colonoscopy/endoscopy

Requirements:
• State License: Active OR license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
