Assignment Details
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing (minimum 6 months)
Coverage Type: Call coverage
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts on dates of availability; assignments may be up to 1 week at a time, with primary need on weekends

Practice Setting
Inpatient hospital setting

Clinical Details
Patient Volume: In-house call only; no outpatient clinic responsibilities
Patient Population: Mixed age range
Support Staff: None

Scope of Practice

Broad general surgery skillset required
Ability to manage a wide range of acute surgical cases

Hospital Bed Size: 163 beds
EMR System: Epic

Requirements
Board Certification: Board Certified in General Surgery
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license required
DEA: Required
Preferred Skills: Robotic surgery experience preferred but not required

Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–120 days
Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file
