General Surgery – Pennsylvania

Coverage Dates: November 25, 2026 (7:00 AM) – November 30, 2026 (7:00 AM)

Highlights:
• Thanksgiving week coverage opportunity
• Low call burden with providers typically called in only 2–4 hours per day
• Temporary privileges available for qualified providers with a clean file

Schedule:
• 24-hour beeper call coverage

Practice Details:
• Hospital-based setting
• 163-bed hospital
• Variety of general surgery cases and consults
• Broad general surgery skill set required
• Endoscopy/scopes not required
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• DEA required
• Robotic experience preferred but not required

Credentialing: Approximately 60–120 days, with temporary privileges available for qualified candidates.
