Job description

Position Overview
- Facility: Brigham City Community Hospital
- Specialty: General Surgery
- Coverage: 24-hour Emergency Department and inpatient general surgery coverage
- Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 AM
- Call need: Approximately 30 24-hour call shifts per month

Provider Requirements
- Active Utah license required
- Active Utah DEA required
- IMLC candidates will not be considered due to the quick turnaround needed for staffing.
- Providers must be available for the required October dates.

October Dates Needed
October 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13, 14, 16–28, 30, and 31
Support and EMR
- ER support includes nurses, technicians, and radiology services
- EMR: Meditech
