Assignment Details:
• Start Date: November 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 1 week per month
• Call Required: 24hrs calls only
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Patient Volume: 1-2 patients
• EMR: Meditech Expanse
• Job Details: Upper and lower GI endoscopy

Requirements:
• State License: Active WA license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
