This is a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) with 18 beds, providing essential healthcare services to the surrounding community. The facility offers 24-hour CRNA coverage along with around-the-clock lab and imaging services, ensuring strong support for the surgical team.

Physician - Surgery - General

Job Details:

• Provide general surgery call coverage with a 24-hour schedule and a 2-hour callback requirement
• Immediate need beginning October 26th at 1200 through October 29th at 0500, and November 23rd at 0500 through November 25th at 0500, with additional dates possible
• Perform adult general surgery procedures
• Perform laparoscopic appendectomy and cholecystectomy
• Perform GI endoscopy including upper and lower procedures
• Active Wisconsin medical license required - no IMLC accepted
• ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 30-60 days
• Nearest airport is MSP with lodging available at Boarders Inn
