PRN NP Home Health Assessment Opportunity – New Mexico

Job description

I am representing a PRN Home Health Assessment opportunity available throughout New Mexico.

Position Highlights:

Flexible scheduling options available Monday–Saturday, 7a–7p
No nights or weekends required
Hourly compensation provided
Ideally seeking providers available for 6+ shifts per month
Average of 6–9 visits daily
Typical credentialing timeframe is 1–3 weeks

This role involves conducting pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for adult patients. Providers complete medication reviews, medical history reviews, and physical evaluations using pre-populated patient-specific forms. This is an assessment-focused role with no treatment management responsibilities.

Travel accommodations may be provided for eligible providers.
