✔️ Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
✔️ Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostic studies
✔️ Develop and update individualized care plans
✔️ Conduct regular rounds and respond to changes in condition
✔️ Educate residents and families on treatment plans
✔️ Document all care accurately in the EMR
✔️ Participate in care conferences and quality improvement initiatives
