✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver primary & acute care in a nursing home setting
✔️ Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, create treatment plans
✔️ Prescribe medications & manage chronic diseases
✔️ Order/interpret diagnostic tests
✔️ Work closely with physicians, nurses & interdisciplinary staff
✔️ Educate residents & families on health management
✔️ Document all care accurately and promptly

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MSN from an accredited NP program
✔️ Active NYS NP license (Required)
✔️ Board Certified NP (Required)
