Start: 11/1/26 – ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
Setting: Outpatient
Patient Volume: 4–6 patients/shift
EMR: Epic
No call
Clinical:
- Geriatric patient population
- Outpatient scheduled clinical coverage
- Low patient volume of approximately 4–6 patients per shift
Requirements:
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Active Oregon license required — not willing to license
- DEA required
- BLS required
