Schedule: 8 Hour Days; 7 days/week; 8am-8pm; 1 shift/week
Cases: Home health assessments; physical exams; medication reviews; social/environmental evals; basic labs (no blood draws); travel up to 120 miles/day
Additional requirements: Active, unrestricted NP license (ANCC, AANP, AACN); AGNP, FNP, ENP, or ACNP; minimum 1 year NP experience; comfortable traveling alone; handling cancellations; no new grads; must be able to travel into underserved areas
