PREFERS LOCAL CANDIDATES

Start Date: ASAP, roughly 30 days to credential
Contract Length: LOCUMS TO PERM. 3-6 month contract.
Shift Details: M-F, 8:00-5:00
Patients per day: 20 PPD ~
Patient population/age: Adults/Geriatrics

Board Certification: Yes
State license required: Yes or IMLC
Credentialing time frame: 30 days ~
Willing To License: Only IMLC

Travel/Lodging: LOCAL PREFERRED. Will consider candidates who need travel reimbursement.
Interview process:

- Phone screen recruiting leadership, final with regional med director and VP of Clinic Ops
