We have a new Geriatric need in San Mateo for a geriatric outpatient continuity care clinic (located in Northern California, south of the Bay Area)

This clinic is exclusively 60+ optimizing senior care
Late Dec/Early January start
8:30a-5p
10-14 patients per day

Public health FQHC facility, must be interested in geriatric care.
13 weeks with the potential to extend.
