✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide specialized medical care to geriatric patients
✔️ Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments and manage chronic conditions
✔️ Diagnose and treat age-related illnesses and manage polypharmacy
✔️ Educate patients and families on preventive care and wellness
✔️ Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
✔️ Participate in on-call rotation and medical staff meetings

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD/DO from accredited medical school + completed residency
✔️ Fellowship in Geriatrics required
✔️ Board Certified with active NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS
✔️ Strong expertise in geriatric care and patient-centered treatment
✔️ Passion for community healthcare preferred
✔️ Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
