✅ Available Shifts
✔️ 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
✔️ 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
✔️ 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
✔️ All shifts include a 30-minute break

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant (NA) program
✔️ Active Maryland NA License and BLS Certification
✔️ At least 1 year of relevant experience with geriatric patients
✔️ Compassion, patience, strong communication, and reliability

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding
✔️ Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to supervising nurse
✔️ Support mobility, including turning, repositioning, transferring, and ambulation assistance
✔️ Foster a compassionate, respectful environment for elderly patients
✔️ Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies
