Assignment Details

• Location: Various regions across New Jersey
• Start: As soon as credentialed
• Schedule: Flexible Schedule- Monday - Sunday (no
nights/weekends required) 7a-7p
•Average visits per day: 6-9 visits daily
•Practice Setting: Home Health
•Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members
•Credentialing Timeframe: 7 days to 6-8 weeks
