A site near Greensboro, NC is looking for additional NP/PA coverage for home health visits (Tele & onsite combo).

• ASAP- ongoing
• Full time, M-F, 8a-5p
• Combo of telehealth and home visits
o 6pts/ day for home visits (Apts approx. 45 mins)
o 8 pts per day for telehealth
• Equipment provided
• Working out of Greensboro and Burlington: Traveling to make home visits in the surrounding 5 counties
• Scheduler confirms the appointments the day before
• Geriatric Population
