Palliative Care NP Opportunity – Medford, OR (Feb 2026 Start)

This is Kaitlin, Principal Recruiter with Aya Locums. We have a new Palliative Care NP opportunity in Medford, Oregon looking for full-time coverage starting February 2026.

• Start Date: February 16, 2026
• Assignment Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch, flexible timing)
• Call Coverage Required: ~ 4 weeknights and 1 weekend per month
o Weeknight beeper call: 5:00 PM–8:00 AM
o Occasional weekend call: 8:00 AM–8:00 AM
• Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours per day (no expected overtime)
• Setting: Onsite hospice with backup coverage for Portland
• Responsibilities: Admissions, recertification visits, and symptom management
• Patient Volume: Varies; up to ~15 face-to-face patients per month, with some telehealth support
• EMR: Epic
• Licensure: Active WA and OR licenses and DEA required (telehealth during call coverage)
• Credentialing: Approximately 30–90 days
