In this role, you'll lead overnight nursing care—providing direct clinical interventions, supervising CNAs/LPNs, and ensuring timely documentation and communication. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week; variable night shifts (8-hour)

EMR: Standard LTC documentation systems (details provided during onboarding)

Compensation: $48 to 52/hr + Free housing provided by the facility
