Clinical Environment & Workflow
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: Maximum 6:1 ratio, ensuring a safe and manageable workload.

Specialty Focus: Broad exposure to diverse medical and surgical patient populations.
Compensation & Incentives:
Hourly Pay: $29.00 – $43.00/hour (Commensurate with education and experience).
Shift Differentials: $2.00/hour for night shifts and weekend rotations.
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 allowance (Eligibility discussed during the interview process).

Candidate Requirements:
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) License (or eligibility to obtain).
Certification: Active Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS certification.
