✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
✔️ Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
✔️ Ability to obtain SMQT Certification within 12 months of employment
✔️ Experience in utilization review, claims adjudication, fraud investigation, surveillance, monitoring activities, or clinical/administrative nursing roles
✔️ Strong investigative, analytical, documentation, and communication skills
✔️ Ability to travel and work independently
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct nursing home surveys and complaint investigations
✔️ Evaluate compliance with federal and state regulations
✔️ Investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, and resident safety concerns
✔️ Prepare Statements of Deficiencies (SODs) and regulatory reports
✔️ Complete required documentation and database reporting
✔️ Participate in Immediate Jeopardy monitoring activities
✔️ Attend meetings and testify in administrative hearings when required
✔️ Travel to assigned facilities throughout the region
