Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor for a full-time, permanent night-shift role. This is a leadership position overseeing LPNs and CNAs in a skilled nursing environment. Schedule & Compensation
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour nights).

Rotation: 2-2-3 Pitman Schedule (84 hours biweekly).

Differential: $1.75/hr Night Shift Differential.

Sign-On/ Potential relocation assistance available.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight: Supervise all nursing activities, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Leadership: Manage staff assignments, perform evaluations, and provide clinical guidance to the floor team.

Emergency Management: Act as the ranking clinical authority on-site during night shifts, exercising independent judgment in emergency situations.

Documentation: Oversee EMR/EHR (PCC) entries, care plan updates, and incident reporting.

Requirements
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania RN License or Temporary Work Permit required at time of interview.

Certification: AHA BLS and COVID-19 Vaccination.

Experience: Nursing home experience is a plus; New Graduates with strong clinical rotations are welcome.
