Location: Orange Park, FL (Jacksonville Metro)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
No Nights | No Weekends | No Call

💰 Compensation
Physicians (MD/DO): $240,000 – $300,000+
NP/PA: $90,000 – $120,000+

Physicians (MD/DO):

Board Certified/Eligible (FM or IM)
Florida license (or ability to obtain)

NP/PA:

Board Certified
Primary care experience preferred
Florida license (or ability to obtain)
