Salary: $260,000 – $280,000 per year + Incentives
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No Weekends | No Holidays | Outpatient Only
Established Patient Panel – Physician Retirement Opportunity
A well-established, physician-led medical group in Holiday, Florida is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to take over an established outpatient patient panel due to a physician retirement.

Responsibilities
Outpatient Primary Care
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to an adult and geriatric Medicare Advantage population in a value-based care setting.
Chronic Disease Management
Develop individualized treatment plans and manage chronic illnesses including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and cardiovascular disease.
Team-Based Care
Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers, care coordinators, specialists, and experienced support staff to optimize patient outcomes and preventive care initiatives.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with Florida medical practice regulations and organizational quality standards.
Qualifications
MD or DO required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
Internal Medicine (IM)
Family Medicine (FM)
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
Interest in value-based primary care and senior-focused medicine
Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
