Job Overview
A growing, physician-led medical group in Southwest Florida is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join its expanding outpatient team serving the Ft. Myers and Cape Coral communities.
This opportunity is ideal for a physician who values relationship-based, quality-focused care within a collaborative, value-based care environment focused on adult and senior Medicare Advantage patients.
Due to ongoing expansion and construction of the Cape Coral clinic, the physician will practice exclusively in Ft. Myers during the first year. Once the Cape Coral location opens, the schedule will transition to:
✔ 3 days per week in Ft. Myers
✔ 2 days per week in Cape Coral
Bilingual Spanish fluency is required for this position.

Responsibilities
Outpatient Primary Care
Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult and geriatric patients in a value-based care setting with emphasis on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
Chronic Disease Management
Manage conditions including hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease, and other chronic illnesses through individualized treatment plans and coordinated care strategies.
Team-Based Collaboration
Work closely with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, specialists, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes and improve quality metrics.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with all organizational quality standards and Florida medical regulations.
Qualifications
MD or DO required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
Internal Medicine (IM)
Family Medicine (FM)
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
Bilingual Spanish required
Interest in Medicare Advantage and value-based primary care
Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
