Job description

Start: November 1, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Ongoing
Coverage: Outpatient geriatric medicine, PACE (all-inclusive care for the elderly) program
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00
Call: No call; scheduled clinical hours only
Volume: 4–6 patients per shift
Practice Setting: Outpatient PACE clinic
Patient Population: Geriatrics

• Outpatient geriatric primary care
• Documentation in Epic
• Travel covered

Requirements
• Board Certified (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; geriatric medicine)
• Active Oregon license required
• DEA and BLS required
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
