Job description

-20 Hours/week
-Adult and Children ages 3-21
-Thursday and Friday required (can do 8 hour days and 4 hours another day in the week or 2 10 hours days)
-Provider can start as long as credentialing is in process
-Outpatient Coverage - Will be working closely with pediatricians as well
-Part of the Pediatric Psychiatry Collaborative
