Advanced Women’s Care is a well-established, physician-owned women’s health practice delivering comprehensive, patient-centered gynecologic oncology services. Our team includes gynecologic oncologists, advanced practice providers, oncology nurses, and dedicated support staff working together to provide high-quality, compassionate cancer care.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a background in oncology to join our collaborative and mission-driven team.
About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a key role in caring for patients across the full oncology continuum—from diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and long-term follow-up. This is an opportunity to work closely with specialists in a team-based environment while building meaningful relationships with patients.
What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and ongoing assessments
Partner with gynecologic oncologists to develop and manage treatment plans
Manage symptoms and side effects related to cancer and its treatment
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and supportive care
Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and tumor boards
Coordinate care with surgical, radiation, and infusion oncology teams
Support survivorship planning and long-term patient follow-up
Engage in quality improvement and clinical research initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of oncology experience as an NP or PA
Experience with chemotherapy preferred
Licensure & Certification:
For Nurse Practitioners:
Master’s degree from an accredited NP program
Active Arizona RN & APRN license
FNP or AGPCNP certification
For Physician Assistants:
Graduate of an accredited PA program
NCCPA certification
Licensed in Arizona
Additional Requirements:
Active BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
ACLS certification
DEA registration
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in both independent and team-based settings
