Job description

Specialty: Gynecology Oncology
Start Date: Mid July
Contract Length: July - January
Shift Details: One week per month (with some specific dates including a 3 week need Sept 19 – Oct 9
Schedule: Day OR/Office – after hours call only (APPs take first call)

Work Details:
· Support Staff: 2 MAs – 3 APPs
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week with some exceptions
· Patients per day: OFFICE – 15/20 OR as needed
· Patient Population/Age: >18
· Department Description: 1 surgeon, 3 APPs
· EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:
• Academic/Training – Academic hospital – residents assigned to service on rotation
• Ambulatory Surgery Center - yes
• Clinic/Private Practice – Medical group practice

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Gyn Onc
· License Required: PA license or IMLC LOQ
· DEA: required
Credentialing Timeframe: temps avail with a clean file
