Job description

1. Start date: 6/1/25
2. What level nursery do you have: level 1 community CAH facility, nursery handles 35 weeks and up.
3. Will they need to do Pregnancy Terminations: No
4. What % of the deliveries are c-sections: Overall c/s rate for the facility is 24%, for the midwifery service is it currently around 18%,
5. Very flexible with schedule but we would like 3 day weekend availability every 3 weekends (Fri-Mon morning
6. For the call aspect will this be in-house call: No, as long as no farther away than 15-20 minutes
7. Is this for clinic and inpatient work: Yes, both
