Position Overview
• Specialty: Gynecologic Oncology
• Provider Type: MD or DO
• Start Date: July 2026
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Practice Setting:
o Academic hospital environment with residents rotating on service
o Clinic and ambulatory surgery center coverage
• Team Structure:
o 1 surgeon
o 3 APPs

Schedule and Coverage
• Coverage Model:
o One week per month, with exceptions
o Extended coverage needed September 19 – October 9
• Daily Coverage:
o Daytime OR and clinic coverage
o After hours call only
 APPs take first call
• Patient Volume:
o Clinic: 15–20 patients per day
o OR cases as scheduled
• Patient Population: Adults 18+

• Licensure: Pennsylvania license required or IMLC LOQ accepted
